Congruency
aligning the professional life with personal convictions

Congruency offers facilitative leadership to help you be congruent.

We directly address issues that drain time, money, and energy.

Formed ten years ago, Congruency helps both individuals and organizations become aligned.  We help you identify what you truly want to do, then craft a way to focus on doing that work.

We help people in transition discern a path through conflicting professional and personal opportunities.  For example, we offer mediation services to families who need to balance caring for one another while pursuing professional opportunities, or other stresses that come, personally or professionally.   We also train others to become mediators, because peace is hard to find, but worth pursuing.

Perhaps you're in a quandary about a next step which will affect close personal relationships.  Or, a career goal is at odds with economic realities.

Our approach is to help you clarify your decision making and action by drawing from your life experiences.  We firmly believe that you have everything you need, though you might need our services to believe that about yourself.

We work from the contemplative tradition.  We ask big questions that help our clients consider work and life issues deeply.  Sometimes using tools that aid in self-understanding, we engage groups in exercises that uncover facts, conflicts, and dreams.  The contemplative tradition is not an easy one;  energetic and attentive engagement is expected.  Addressing matters at their core is our preferred way to work, and we welcome the opportunity to work with you.
